      2. Enter the extension or phone number you would like to send call to
      3. Select Transfer once more or hang up

      1. The default password is 1234

      2. Enter your 4 digit password
      3. Press “0”

      5. Enter desired 4 digit pin followed by the # sign


    5.    Can I transfer a call to an external line or cell phone? If so, how?

      1. No, classroom phone do not allow external transfers

    

    6.     What does the “Page” button do?

      1. This feature actives the phone’s built in intercom system. When active, it will broadcast audio to all phones in the selected page group.


    7.    How do I page an entire group?

      1. Select the “Page” button on the LCD portion of the phone
      2. Use the arrow keys to search desired paging location
      3. Press the “OK” button to select the desired page location
      4. Lift handset and speak


    8.    What does the “DND” (Do Not Disturb) button do?

      1. When selected this feature will deny all incoming calls and send them directly to voicemail. 


    9.    How do I access a directory of names?

      1. Select the “Menu” button on the lower right-hand side of the LCD 
      2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to “Directory”
      3. Select the “OK” button


    10.    How do I answer a parked call?

      1. Pick up handset
      2. Select the desired parking number on the right-hand of the LCD Display
