What we have in place
We have the support desk website in place and will use vvag.org as the landing spot, where you can go and then link off to the various aspects over time! You will see a link or button for IT Support Tickets. Simply click on it and add a new ticket using your church or school email address.
Why not use emails?
Emails have this uncanny ability to fall into cracks, get lost, and push customer service into a chaotic state, lacking the ability to effectively communicate to our team.
What you need to do during a request
Over communicate, if possible! We need to know the issue, what your expected result would be, along with any support material that may help. Things such as screen shots of the issue, pictures or other support material you find helpful to the resolution.
